Admission Procedure

 The academic session begins from the 1st of April every year and extends till the end of March.

Application forms may be obtained from the office from the second week of January. On the availability of vacancy in any of the classes, the candidates go through a pre-assessment, which consists of an interview and a reasoning test examining his level of understanding. The candidate must do reasonably well to qualify in the merit list. In order to take the assessment students must be registered by the second week of March. This is a firm deadline.

Requirement at the time of admission

 Students usually enter the school when they are of a minimum 3 years and 6 months old as on 31st March of the year of admission (Nursery).

 Admission to higher classes is purely on merit and will be based on the performance in entrance test.

 Once the child is selected for admission, the fee amount is to be deposited by the due date, failing which the admission will stand cancelled.

 At the time of admission, parents will be required to submit a transfer certificate in original counter signed by the District Inspector of Schools (if the child’s previous school is not affiliated to CBSE) and a photocopy of the mark sheet.

 The date of birth once recorded will not be changed. Date of birth certificate (in case of class Nursery only) to be submitted should be issued from the Registrar Birth and Death.

Guidelines for Parents

Any change of Address/Telephone/Fax/E-mail should be intimated to the school immediately in writing.

Expensive items like mobiles, electronic items, jewellery etc. are strictly prohibited.

Parents must keep in regular touch with the school regarding their ward's academics, behaviour etc.

All parents must sign their ward's school diary regularly.

Parents must ensure their presence in the PTM.

Criticizing of school activities/administration should be strictly discouraged.

Any concern should be brought forward to the school authorities.
